Safe following distance

The 2026 Re:act program in Australia challenges Design Communication students from University and TAFE across nine locations nationally to create positive campaigns that raise awareness in their peers of safe following

distance and ensure their future behaviours are safe.

Students are asked to focus on the benefits of maintaining a safe following distance to the vehicle in front, with campaigns aiming to promote safe behaviours around a serious road safety risk for our 17-25 year old target audience.
